**NEW MUSIC** DJ ILL WILL feat. RED CAFE, YA BOY, GORILLA ZOE "Wish You Would"

The internet is a gift and a curse. A phrase everyone, especially artists have said in their life. DJ’s aren’t spared either. World renowned California bred DJ Ill Will is the latest victim in having his music leaked without permission.Over the weekend, his collaboration with Red Café, Gorilla Zoe, Ya Boy and The Jackie Boyz, titled “Wish U Would” saw a premature leak. The song, off his upcoming debut Tha Alumni, was unmixed and not mastered. Today, he releases the official version.
“We decided to push it since it’s already out now”, Ill Will explains to Sermon’s Domain. “The record means a lot to me because it represents each major area of the rap geography. Red Café representing the Mecca of Hip-Hop, New York. Then you got Gorilla Zoe from the ATL (Dirty South) and Ya Boy throwing up the Dubs.”
He continues, “I wanted to make a mainstream street record that all coasts and regions could feel attached to instead of just another predictable West Coast collaboration record, which is to be expected from me. I wanted to show the world that I fuck with the East and the South just as much as the West.”
Tha Alumni is roughly halfway finished and is expected to drop in 4th Quarter 2010
